Refund and Returns Policy

Customers can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Wrong product received

Conditions:

  • Unboxing video or clear images are mandatory
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Process:

  • Replacement will be provided first
  • If replacement is unavailable, refund will be issued

Refund Timeline:

  • Refund initiated within 2–3 business days
  • Amount credited within 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable:

  • Used or damaged by customer
  • Request after 7 days
  • Physical damage due to misuse

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
